To join our international team, we’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will leverage existing processes and provide leadership and support for client projects by analyzing and reporting on their data. Although we do not expect you to have programming skills, extensive knowledge in various business processes and modeling tools is required.
We believe that data-driven changes can greatly improve business processes and enhance added value, but they must be economically feasible and functionally reasonable. Business Analyst plays a vital role in bridging the gap between information technology and the business by assessing and recommending the most suitable solutions and the most efficient processes.

You have
-
5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar position
-
High IT affinity & experience in project management of complex international software development projects
-
Professional working English proficiency
-
Professional working German proficiency
-
Experience in process management and process modeling for customer applications, as well as relevant methodologies & software tools in this area
-
Experience in projects with agile software development (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
-
Experience in Atlassian Confluence & Jira
-
Experience in the conception, implementation and introduction of IT-supported customer processes
-
Great interpersonal and consultative skills
You will be responsible for

Business process design for customer-facing applications
-
Creating user journeys
-
Creating technical specifications (in the form of user stories, project definitions, requirements, small project specifications or change requests)

Definition, development and creation of project reporting & selected KPIs
-
Preparation and support in the coordination of requirements with involved departments (e.g. development, IT, legal department, markets, data protection and overall company) and companies
-
Technical research tasks, identification of best practices and ongoing implementation of competitive analyses
-
Technical support in the evaluation of implementation concepts
-
Participation in ongoing quality assurance through error monitoring and detailed analysis of operational incidents
-
Ongoing project planning updates, creating schedules as well as tracking project tasks
-
Preparation of results and status presentations for internal committees and market workshops
-
Support in change management, communication & preparations for market roll-outs
-
Support in creating and preparing user manuals and training documents
-
Support for the preparation of the Post-Go Live phase, monitoring & operational processes
